Trademark Cave collects and pays the TEAS Standard filing fee ($450) that is required by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) at the time of filing. In some cases, your application may qualify for the TEAS PLUS filing fee ($350) which requires more work in getting your application filed with the USPTO. If your application qualifies for TEAS PLUS, we will use it and retain the difference between the TEAS Standard filing fee and the TEAS Plus filing fee.
